I’m not really one to make up my own recipes, but lately I’ve been having a lot of fun in the kitchen. My inner chef has definitely been showing face and I’m so excited to share it all with you!
If you’re anything like me, and you’ve got a love-hate relationship with rice cakes, you probably add a few different toppings to tickle your tastebuds. I’ve recently fallen in love with them again, and I’m trying to find some really good ways to make them yummy.
Now, I think I know what you’re thinking… “avocado and tuna, it does not sound that appetizing”. And honestly I thought the same thing, but I really believe the saying you will never know if you don’t try.
So without any further delay, I bring you avocado and tuna rice cakes. (This can also be used as a delicious dip).
